  • Conference App

    To download the all-new FGFOA mobile app, scan the barcode above or search “FGFOA Mobile” in the App Store or Google Play Store. The app provides up-to-date information on session info, sponsors, speaker bios, and event locations. You can also sync your customized schedule to the app and connect with fellow members.

    To connect with other members, click the Connect icon and log in using the same credentials you used when registering for the event, or log in using the One Time Password (OTP) method. This login method will use the email address associated with your account. The QR code is under your profile icon in the upper left of the main menu. Then click on the QR code above your contact info.

    To view the event information with your web browser and not the mobile app, use this web address: https://FGFOA.web.mosaic-apps.com. Log in using the same credentials you used when registering for the event, or log in using the One Time Password (OTP) method. This login method will use the email address associated with your account.

  • Self-Scanning Stations

    We are using a new scanning solution this year that utilizes iPads. The iPads will be located just outside the entrance doors of each session. Please remember to scan your badge’s QR code after every session to receive credit.

    If you have any questions, ask for one of the technology staff at the registration desk.

  • Wireless Internet Instructions

    1. Connect to the network: Convention_wireless
    2. Enter the password: FGFOA2025

    NOTE: The amount of connections is limited, so if you are not actively using the network, please log out. Anyone with an unlimited data plan is encouraged to use it instead of the wireless network. Also note that the wireless network will not work inside the exhibit hall.

  • Presentations

    FGFOA does not print session presentation handouts. Handouts were available online prior to the conference. If you have not already downloaded them, they will be available after the conference. CLICK HERE to view the presentations as they become available.

Come and join us at the Annual Conference held each May/June in various locations throughout Florida! Approximately 1,200 local government finance officials from across Florida attend this Conference to share ideas, attend educational workshops and sessions, earn continuing education credits and network.
