Facilities Maintenance Manager
Salary Range: $50,742.02 - $80,548.00 Annually

Minimum Qualifications: Associates degree and two years experience at the journeyman level in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry or building maintenance; or any equivalent combination of related training and experience. Must possess a valid State of Florida Driver's license and be insurable by the District's insurance carrier. Must provide own means of transportation. Successful completion of a criminal history background investigation is required prior to employment. Evening and weekend work hours may be required. 3 years commercial HVAC experience (7.5 minimum tonnages on single unite), 3 years Building Automation System experience, and 5 years' experience implementing and maintaining preventative maintenance programs/CMMS desirable. EPA Refrigerant certification and Certified Facilities Manager certification desirable.
