FGFOA Mentoring Program The FGFOA Mentoring Program established by the Board of Directors of the FGFOA is intended to provide direction to members interested in developing their leadership potential as well as enhancing their technical skills and abilities in government finance. Mentoring has been identified as an important influence in professional development. Benefits of mentoring include increased commitment to the organization, and knowledge sharing.
